GMAC can offer long term 30 year mortgages at highly competitive rates. As of May 2003, GMAC is offering 30 year mortgages at 6.85% with 20% down and a 1.5% loan processing fee.

First National Bank offers 15 year mortgages with low up front fees, at negotiable interest rates.
